Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm

Our client is currently looking for a self-motivated Technical Support Engineer to join their growing company in St Albans


SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Knowledge of Ticketing system
  • To be able to support basic IT Infrastructure
  • Great written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • To be selfmotivated

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To troubleshoot and problem solve company services
  • Assist in delivering company products
  • To provide technical support across all communications
  • To attend to customer support needs by remote software
  • Troubleshoot and configure general Microsoft Windows OS
  • To assist customer administrators
  • To work together with the wider team.
  • Supporting a wide variety of projects
  • Understanding security solutions is advantageous
  • To be able to become competent in advising on security practices/standards and administration
