Job Description:

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in
Portsmouth as a Care Professional.

Our Care Professionals provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep older people independent within their own home.

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional, however, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience.

You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.

As we are a domiciliary care provider, being familiar with PO- PO6 is essential as well as access to reliable transport.

Qualifications:

Our perfect Care Professional may be someone looking to start a new career, a person with experience working in a care setting or caring for a family member.

Whether you have experience or not we will provide you with all the training you will need, along with help to achieve your Care Certificate and supporting you through any additional training you may want to do.

All we ask is that you are passionate about caring for others and pride yourself on being friendly and professional.

Our Care Professionals work in the Portsmouth area covering all postcodes within PO1 to PO6 and should be familiar with the area.

Applicants should be over the age of 18 please.

This role is UK based and the right to work in the UK will need to be established as part of the recruitment process.
