Description
As a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner for Achieving for Children, you will be responsible for: Assessing and delivering, outcome focused, evidence-based time limited interventions to children and young people experiencing mental health difficulties.
Planning and delivering appropriate individual/group mental health and wellbeing interventions and training.Supporting the development of the Wellbeing Service, including support for new evidenced based initiatives for the Wellbeing Service as necessary.
Building strong partnerships, maintaining relationships and co-producing solutions to challenges across a diverse set of stakeholders, including schools, children, young people and their families.
Advocating the voices of those we are working with. Effective use of data, intelligence and evidence to create meaningful insight and to inform one's decision making.More jobs from Achieving For Children
