COMPANY PROFILE
Our well-established client in the luxury goods industry and they are seeking a Sales Administrator to support their busy office.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent customer service skills in either retail or an office based role
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to work within a fastpaced environment
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication skills
- Hardworking and reliable
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering incoming customer related queries
- Booking in deliveries for customers and managing diaries
- Sending out delivery notifications to the customer
- Preparing invoices for the accounts department
- Resolving delivery issues and updating customers
- Control goods in from suppliers
- General administration
