£21,000 - £23,000 per annum

Biggleswade


Contract:
Full time, Permanent

  • Monday
  • Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm

Our well-established client in the luxury goods industry and they are seeking a Sales Administrator to support their busy office.

They have excellent reputation within their field, for providing an outstanding service to their large client base.


SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Excellent customer service skills in either retail or an office based role
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to work within a fastpaced environment
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hardworking and reliable

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering incoming customer related queries
  • Booking in deliveries for customers and managing diaries
  • Sending out delivery notifications to the customer
  • Preparing invoices for the accounts department
  • Resolving delivery issues and updating customers
  • Control goods in from suppliers
  • General administration
