Account Manager
Duties Include:
- Point of contact for reps and customers
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers and representatives
- Making sure phones are answered promptly
- Order processing and scheduling orders
- Keeping in constant contact with customers by providing them with updates on orders etc.
You will possess the following attributes:
- GCSE's C minimum in Maths and English
- Experience working in an administrator/ customer service role
- Previous working experience in the construction industry is beneficial but not essential
- Able to work in a highpressured environment with deadlines
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Excellent communicator, friendly and approachable
