Description

We are recruiting for a leading Consultancy firm looking to hire a Consultant to provide technical expertise on regulatory requirements relating to payment services in line with FCA requirements.

This is a great opportunity to join a continually expandingconsultancy business.

Main Responsibilities

Assess and oversee client's performance against their Compliance Monitoring Program ensuring activities adhere to all applicable laws and regulations
Carry out periodic analysis of risks by ensuring risk assessments are undertaken for business units and products in line with FCA requirements
Develop and maintain a professional network
Facilitate the provision of regulatory updates to clients on topics relating to payment service regulations
Organise the creation of compliance documentation including manuals and suitable frameworks to suit each client's business as it develops
Review all compliance documentation and develop/maintain policies and procedures in line with regulations

Job Requirements:

At least 3 years' experience in a role gained working in a payment services environment
Ability to manage own time effectively and organise competing priorities
Knowledge of FCA & EU regulatory frameworks, institutions and internal operating structures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
