Your Role

It's an exciting time to join the team at C&C as we introduce the new role of Senior Service Officer.

We have four positions available covering four patches - two in Camden, one in Westminster and one in South West London.

The Senior Service Officer will be scheme based, delivering a comprehensive enhanced housing management service to customers, as well as being a local leader offering support and guidance to Service Officers and Caretakers at their designated scheme(s).

The Senior Service Officer will take a local lead on customer and building safety as well as drive team performance in the areas of lettings, safeguarding, anti-social behaviour and complaints.

About you

Experience delivering housing and tenancy management services
Good knowledge of the impact of mental health and dementia
Knowledge and experience of vulnerable adult safeguarding
Experience of and passion for working with older people
Experience of handling and resolving informal and formal complaints
Experience using housing management systems and Microsoft Office

Although access to a car is not essential, on the South West patch the schemes are dispersed and frequent travel will be required so access to a car or other means of transport is desirable.
