Up to £25,520 plus paid business mileage
Hyde is looking to recruit a Regional Compliance Officer (Scheme Coordinator).

As a Regional Compliance Officer (Scheme Coordinator), you will be working within our Safer Homes & Neighbourhoods team to ensure fire, health and safety assessments are conducted at our supported and sheltered properties.
Responsibilities
- Ensure good standards of fire safety are implemented and maintained across Hyde's sheltered housing schemes.
- Ensure legislative compliance and the continuing development and provision of a safe environment for our residents.
- Complete fire safety audits, inspections and fire risk assessments.
- Deal with vulnerable residents assessing health and safety and fire concerns within their homes.
- Conduct annual reviews ensuring that customers' data is up to date.
- Ensure that new residents' forms are promptly completed.
- Responsible for the management of communal areas including monitoring of shared facilities, including laundry and guest rooms.
- Completion of Fire Risk Actions, ensuring that evidence is provided in a timely manner on the required systems.
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience of working in a similar customer focused role
- A Full UK driving license and access to a car
- Knowledge of Health and safety and Fire issues relating to sheltered housing
- Proficient IT Skills
