Our clients are a bespoke, debt management business in Central Birmingham, who are searching for a sales manager or team leader to come into the business, lead a team of advisors, who provide financial solutions to customers struggling to manage their repayments.

Ideally we are looking for a sales manager or team leader from within a banking, financial services or debt management background.

An energetic sales person developer, with enthusiasm, knowledge of the sector and a desire to progress, lead a team and supportthe growth of the business.

The company offers a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office in central Birmingham, 2 days working from home and supports personal and professional development.

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic sales person, who is able to get on the phones and demonstrate your ability to bring on new business, as well as lead a team to grow and hit sales and customer service targets?
