The English Language Teaching (ELT) Division is a global leader in the provision of multimedia English language teaching, learning and assessment materials.

The Oxford Test of English is an online test for learners of English, the purpose of the test is to provide a valid, reliable, and flexible method of certificating.


ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to join our English Language Teaching division as a Delivery Coordinator.

Reporting into the Senior Delivery Manager, the role will be responsible for carrying out any activities related to the delivery of the Oxford Test of English, the Oxford Placement Test and any assessment product as advised by senior members of the team.


This varied operational role sits within a friendly and supportive team and is an ideal opportunity for a proactive individual with administrative experience to grow and enhance their skills.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering an agreed set of operational processes within a timescale to ensure the timely delivery of products and sessions (monitoring freelancer's marking, dealing with internal or external queries, quality assurance checks).
  • Loading digital content and assets into the appropriate output format.
  • Coordinating the administrative processes associated with freelancers: recruitment, training, payments and performance.
  • Overseeing the scheduling of inspections for all Oxford Test of English Test Centres.
  • Liaising with Customer Support teams to provide operational support to Test Centres worldwide.
  • Ensuring systems, databases and workflow documents are maintained and improved when required.
  • Providing reports on the status of operational activities.
  • Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and assisting with introduction of new work processes.
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.

  • Experience in the content production workflow.
