Description

We are a family run lifting equipment business, specialising in the manufacture, repair, supply and installation of lifting equipment and overhead cranes.

We are seeking a branch manager to work out of our Gateshead office to drive the performance of thebranch and support our satellite branch in Stockton.

The main responsibilities of the role are to drive the performance of the branch to ensure all operational KPI's are met and to ensure that all tasks are completed with the safety of our team and clients in mind.

This includes managing the team to driveindividual and team performance, building relationships with our clients to ensure retention of accounts, ensuring our orders and engineering work are completed on time and in full and working with the operations director to drive a continuous improvementmentality.
