The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking an experienced
Food & Beverage Assistant to assist and participate in the maintaining of the high and smooth standards of service according to hotel standards and guest requirements in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner in order to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and increased guest loyalty.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, your
key responsibilities are:

Delivering exceptional guest experience during breakfast/lunch/dinner/bar service or events
To work proactively with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction
To be proactive in stock and equipment storage and controls
To ensure that operating equipment is kept clean and is looked after to avoid any breakages
To ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are met
To maintain a high standard of appearance at all times
