Multi Award Winning Charity is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition officer / Recruitment Officer

Location:
Home working / On-the Road across North West

Salary:
£25,000 - £28,000 depending on skills and experience

The job holder will oversee the entire recruitment process managing both internal and external stakeholders from development of job descriptions with hiring managers, writing and placing adverts, building preferred supplier lists, shortlisting, interviewing, managing the offer and completing associated administrative tasks.

Lagan's Foundation is an established multi Award winning provider of specialist home healthcare support to children across the North West of England.

The Opportunity
As a Recruitment Officer, you'll join our internal HR team helping to deliver a first class recruitment service.

Working in collaboration with our existing Recruitment & Compliance Administrator, you will cover the North West in the first instance using your expertise to develop strong recruitment plans and innovation to find new ways of attracting the right people to work for Lagan's Foundation to support the Charity growth strategy.

Key accountabilities_ of our Recruitment officer will also include:

Headhunting talent across multiple platforms, this will include social media platforms and job boards, networking within the industry to build the talent pipeline

Taking briefs from departmental managers for their current vacancies and using your expertise and market insight to challenge where necessary, create a recruitment plan working across multiple social media platforms

Working with stakeholders to
understand talent requirements and focus, ensuring workforce plans are in place keeping talent gaps to a minimum

Running and manage large scale
campaigns this will include Talent Pool Sifting, Talent Pool Administration and Researching

Advising and coaching managers on recruitment and selection methods

What You Will Bring
We're looking for individuals who hold the following skills and experience:

Proven recruitment experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Ability to embrace and drive change
Effective prioritisation & time management
Ability to build and establish effective relationships
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative busy team environment
Confident & skilled communicator (verbal & written)
Customer service orientated
Good attention to detail
Planning and organisational skills

This role will also involve travel within the North West therefore your own car is essential for the role, along with business use insurance._
