Twenty 4 Seven Education is pleased to be working alongside a modern and inviting Special school in a residential area near RCT.

The school is seeking an enthusiastic teaching assistant to work one to one with a pupil with SEN within the foundation phase.


The School
This role is offered in a recently built school with an intake of approximately 45 pupils per year group.

This English-medium setting prides itself on its community feel, balanced and inclusive curriculum, and the quality of the pastoral care on offer.


The Role

Key responsibilities will include:


  • Working one to one with a pupil with Global Delay
  • Assisting pupil in accessing the curriculum
  • Assisting pupil in daytoday school life
  • Supporting classroom teacher
  • Level 2 or 3 in childcare or equivalent
  • Will have experience working within an educational setting
  • Will have a good command of the English language
  • Will have an understanding of how to support children with SEN
  • May have experience working in a similar role
- this is desirable but not essential. Teaching Assistant qualifications are also desirable.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£65.00-£75.00 per day
