We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director to continue our explosive growth and lead and grow our sales team and refine our sales strategy.

You must be process and numbers focused to engage, coach and grow a killer sales team


Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach and expand our sales team
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territoryand accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plan to achieve targets
  • Expand our customer base
  • Start as a playermanager, moving to a manager only as the team builds
  • Understand market landscapes and trends
  • Create monthly sales budgets and forecasts

Requirements and skills

  • Demonstratable knowledge of technology sales
  • Understand consultative sales methodologies such as the challenger sale
  • Proven experience running sales teams
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£80,000.00-£130,000.00 per year
