Here at Mountain Healthcare, we are looking for passionate, determined and resilient individuals to join our amazing teams as Clinical Manager for our Suffolk and Norfolk Division.


Mountain Healthcare Limited is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity of Clinical Manager for registered general nurses with leadership experience, based in Sussex and Norfolk.


Each region has its own dedicated SARC (sexual assault referral centre) which offers support and practical help to anyone who has been a victim of rape or sexual assault.

The Clinical Manager will be responsible for co-ordinating all activities related to the smooth running of the SARC.

The Clinical Manager will effectively lead and manage this multi-agency centre and services, playing a pivotal role in developing a strategicvision for the service ensuring changes meet internal and external expectations and meets budgetary constraints.


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Co-ordinating and delivering safe and effective services to all clients of the SARC meeting National and Local Targets in relation to rape and sexual assault.
  • Evaluating and assessing the current service delivery and implementing changes in practice that deliver significant and substantial improvements in access and service delivery, whilst working within a budget.
  • The management of all employees associated with the SARC.

Please note:
The SARC Manager will be expected to act as a sexual offence examiner for cover for the Forensic Service


Essential Skills:


  • Qualified registered nurse or paramedic
  • A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience acute medical healthcare
  • Leadership and management experience

Desirable Skills Previous experience in any of the following would be ideal to assist you in the role; A&E, walk in centre, paramedic practitioner, substance misuse, community nursing, police custody, prison, or other relevant discipline.
