Part-time (3.25 hours per week - negotiable day)

We are looking for an experienced SENDCo/Inclusion Lead.


You will be working as part of a team who are passionate about providing the very best experience for our students.

What will you do?

  • Be responsible for the daytoday operation of the SEN policy and coordination of specific provisions to support individual pupils with SEN or a disability.
  • Ensure the SEN policy is put into practice and its objectives are reflected in the school improvement plan (SIP).
  • Be responsible for the progress and outcomes of pupils in receipt of PPM.
  • Identify a pupil's SEN.

  • National Award for SEN Coordination
  • Experience in conducting training/leading INSET
