Essential Criteria:

• Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA.
• Ability to conduct online remote assessments and facetoface sessions when required.
• A good telephone manner.
• A good command of the English language both written and verbal.
• Must have a good level of ICT skills.

Desirable Criteria:

• Hold a recognised qualification in either Business Administration or Customer Service.
• Hold a recognised qualification adult teaching qualification such as AET or CET
• Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.

Duties include:

• Mark, grade and give feedback on the written work submitted by learners completing their Assessor qualification using our online learning platform.
• Book and conduct support sessions over the telephone.
• Conduct professional discussions with learners.
• Take part in centre standardisation and quality assurance activities.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners' needs.

• Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
• Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
• Willing to learn and eager to progress within the company.

Salary:
£23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
