Permanent, Full Time

Salary:
£30,000 + match day overtime + on call

Hours:
Mon-Fri 7am-4pm / 10am-7pm

Location:
Stratford, London. E20 2ST


Our client are looking for an experienced Handy Person to join their maintenance team at the London Stadium in Stratford.


As Handy Person, you will be responsible for undertaking carpentry, plumbing and building maintenance works including reactive and PPM works.


Responsibilities could include changing locks, fabric repairs, leak detection/repair, unblocking toilets/sinks, replacement pipework, water temperature checks, replacement water boilers, flushing, servicing and/or replacement of thermostatic mixer valves, water sampling and much more.

Additional NVQ and qualification training will be available once probation is cleared.

  • Proven building maintenance experience
  • Previously working in commercial environments
  • Recognised NVQ Level 2 in a building trade would be desirable.
  • Good Health & Safety awareness
  • Experience of using a handheld device (PDA)
