Key responsibilities:


  • Supervising a team of credit controllers
  • Managing client accounts and handling financial discrepancies
  • Reporting on aged debt and liaising with partners to drive collections
  • Ensuring all procedures comply with company policies and regulations
  • Providing training and support to team members
  • Contributing to the planning and forecasting processes
  • Driving continuous improvement within the credit control function
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant:


  • A solid background in credit control within the professional services industry
  • Proven experience of supervising a team
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
