We are looking for a Call Center Advisor to join our team in Southampton.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers over the phone.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers about products and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Individual and strong team playing abilities
- Strong communication skills
- A vibrant flair and persuasive personality
Salary:
£24,963.00-£25,546.00 per year
