About the role:
Please note that this is a 6 month fixed-term contract.
Making sure our customers have the best experience when interacting with us is a real team effort from all areas of our business.
We're looking to recruit a Customer Liaison Officer L1 to join our busy Customer Team on a fixed term basis.
Reporting to one of our Customer Team Leaders, you'll resolve customer queries at the first point of contact where possible, delivering a great service by taking ownership of, and proactively resolving, customers' needs.
You'll deal with queries in Landlord Services and a range of different areas, including;Housing needs
Tenancy sustainment
Debt
Anti-social behaviour
Allocation of housing
You'll also share ideas, information and best practice with colleagues, so that we can continually improve our service and find creative solutions to problems.
About You:
It goes without saying that you'll have fantastic customer service skills, and be able to effectively manage a wide range of customer queries and needs.
Experience of working within the housing sector would be useful, but isn't essential as we'll give you all the training you need.
You'll need to hold a driving licence, and be able to use a car for work purposes.We offer:
