Our expanding client based in Wokingham are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator.

If you are a self-starter with good organisational skills for managing your own workload, have excellent communication skills and able to work independently,we would love to hear from you.

Our client is a distributor & exporter of British grocery brands to international markets. They currently represent some iconic British brands. They are also working on their own brand of retail products to take to both home and international markets. Itis a very exciting time to join the team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with suppliers and customers
  • Maintain the product database
  • Support the Sales Managers with quote requirements
  • Follow up projects to meet the customers' requirements
  • Maintain the company's website
  • Support the Marketing Manager with marketing projects
  • General administrative duties
  • Ideally be degree educated with 12 years' experience or equivalent work experience
  • Highly organised with an ability to manage their time and prioritise effectively
  • A good attitude for working with numbers
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Be comfortable working in a small team.
  • Ability to work within a FAST paced business environment with a "
    cando" attitude.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
