Nursery Bank Staff

Rushden Day Nursery are looking for a Nursery Bank staff to join their team. The position would suit someone with previous experience, Ideally with a childcare qualification, however this is not essential.

**Requirements:
- **Deliver learning experiences and planned activities for a key group that provides outstanding opportunities for the children

• Work within a team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children
• Work in partnership with parents to ensure the outcomes for children are met
• Assess and report on children's progress to ensure continued development
• Be passionate, inspiring and work effectively within a team and have a hands on approach to your own professional learning and development
• To be fun, caring and friendly
• Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met

What we need from you?

• Passion and commitment for working in childcare
• Ability to work shifts between Monday to Friday working 40 hours per week
• Commitment to continual development

Essential Criteria - Qualifications/Experience:

Over 6 month's experience working in early years - essential

Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements**:
