Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PE-backed business who are seeking a CFO to be based South West England.

They are in an ideal position to grow the business globally through a rapid buy and build and are now looking to recruit a high calibre CFOwho will operate as a strategic partner to the CEO.

While also ensuring there are strong systems, controls and processes in place to support this fast-growing business and make it ready for a successful exit in the future.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Initially responsible for re-positioning the finance function as a central business function
Working closely with the board to guide strategy
Identify performance gaps and potential improvement opportunities
Coordinating stakeholder management with the PEfirm
Dealing with bank negotiations.
Managing CAPEX efficiency, budget and forecasting.
Managing the full finance and nonfinance teams through a period of change and development.
