Central London PLC

Hybrid Working (2/3 days home/office)

Looking at various retail locations throughout the world, providing the business with insight and analysis.

You will:

Simplify data and outputs, ensuring that key stakeholders still get the information they require.
Where new processes are implemented, also ensuring these are well documented and simple for others to pick up.
Supporting the rest of the team with adhoc requests, and working with nonfinance stakeholders to ensure any adhoc information they require is available in a timely manner.
Have ownership of all International reporting, ensuring it is shared in an accurate and timely manner with all key stakeholders, and always looking to process improve how we do things and what we deliver, whilst protecting the integrity of the numbers andensuring the right people receive the right information at the right time.
Have ownership of Franchise and Wholesale outputs, including weekly performance, month end process and invoice raising and balance sheet reconciliation.

You will be:

Someone with previous experience in a similar role, and with strong experience of using various systems and working with stakeholders across the organisation at all levels, working with large amounts of data, turning it into information in a standardisedprocess and validating it, whilst adhering to strict deadlines.
Your planning and organisational skills will be strong and you'll be able to prioritise a broad and extensive range of activities, and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. We are also looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
You'll have excellent technical skills and be a very confident Excel user. It is essential you have experience of working with data and communicating complicated outputs across an organisation, whilst focussing on controls and accuracy within what you doand working to tight deadlines.
