We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about providing exceptional service to our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
  • Analyse customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
  • Up sell products and services to customers when applicable
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Assist with resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

Skills:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Up selling experience is a plus

Salary:
From £24,889.79 per year
