Hunter Masons client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Projects Manager based in South London/South Coast on a full time permanent basis.

You MUST have experience in Project Management within the construction industry

_Responsibilities:
_

To lead and manage a project team to ensure they undertake their duties to the best of their ability in accordance with company requirements
Understand requirements of the contract, and be able to lead and advise the site team of the project requirements
Ensure the site is presented in a safe and professional manner at all times.
To ensure you and the site team undertake contract administration in line with department's management procedures
Comply with Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety policies / good practice in running the contract
Oversee the preparation and ownership of all contract and target programmes. Produce phasing documents, and be able discuss confidently with all parties
Prepare presentation packs / reports for the client / project managers etc as required
Any other duties associated with this position which are related to the objectives of the Company or Team or contribute to individual development.
