Description

Upholsterer/ tacker required for busy furniture manufacturer based in Jarrow.
Range of items to upholster include sofas, chairs, chaise longues, stools etc.

You will be working alongside other upholsterers ensuring that jobs are ready for customer orders. Working with fabric and leather materials.

Working hours
:8 HOURS PER DAY with flexible starting and finishing times.
3 DAYS A WEEK. You select the 3 days you prefer Monday-Thursday.

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience. (Deep buttoning experience an advantage but not essential as we can train).

The position is permanent and the person would be required to work about 40 hours per week, possibly more.

Rate of pay is based on experience and ability.
