We are recruiting for an afternoon Receptionist to work Monday - Thursday 12.30pm - 5.00pm & Friday 12.30pm - 4.

Key Duties:


  • Answering calls and taking messages
  • Transferring calls
  • Greeting visitors, issuing name tags and safety equipment
  • Updating welcome board
  • Logging driver's details
  • Outbound post
  • Sending out marketing material
  • Assisting accounts and other departments with scanning and basic administrative duties, POD's for transport, shop order pick lists and any other scanning that is required
  • Filing invoices
