Our client, a well-established and industry-leading business in the Technology sector is seeking aSoftware Graduate to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth our client is seeking a Software Graduate to join their team, providing a high level of technical support to both Consultants and Developers delivering bespoke solutions using the product portfolio, particular ShrarePoint and the Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide valuable project support to the team of Consultants and Developers
Be the first point of contact for the team, delivering outstanding customer service to both external customers and prospective new business
Recognize and develop opportunities for existing customers, suggesting improvements or technical enhancements to improve the services
Completing technical tickets received through the ticketing system
Communicate effectively with clients externally and internal stakeholders

Key Experience:

Experience with the MS 365 Stack, including Office 36
SharePoint / Dynamics experience would be advantageous
Excellent communication, with the ability to liaise with colleagues and clients of all levels
A solid understanding of webbased software and relational databases
Previous experience with any Microsoft business software would be advantageous
