Onsite Account Manager - Industrial Sector Recruitment

A talented recruitment onsite account manager is needed to join a great team to oversee a key client in the Ipswich area for a managed services provider.

This is a hands-on role, managing fulfilment of staffing requirements across a key site and smallersub sites. Due to locations, you will need to have your own transport. Sayjo Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an onsite specialist agency.

About you:

You will be great at communicating and people management
A resilient and calm person who can handle a challenge and positively lead others
You will have worked in the industrial or driving or engineering sector as a servicing recruiter

The role:

Oversee performance results, challenges of staffing
Daily briefing meetings with client's management team and supervisors
Fulfilment and performance review meetings
Sourcing applicants alongside the team
Liaising with management of site to ensure training, safety and compliance
Forecasting and planning headcount and solutions
Assessing and inductions of site, safety and compliance
Manage basic HR such as disciplinaries
Manage rotas and holidays.
Health and safety records
Team development and training

Working standard hours of 8:30 -5pm Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary plus a long list of benefits, you will be offered excellent training, clear progression routes and 25 days holiday plus stats.
