Teaching Assistants to support
KS3-KS4 students in the
WF9 area.

This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the academic and personal growth of students during their crucial years of development.

Position:
Teaching Assistant

Location:
Wakefield

Contract Type:
Temporary, OR temp-perm

Salary:
£80 - £110 per day

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with classroom teachers to provide targeted support for students in KS3-KS
Assist in the implementation of individualised learning plans, catering to students' unique learning needs and styles.
Provide oneonone or small group support to reinforce concepts taught in the classroom.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience working within the education sector is desirable but not essential.
A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young learners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students & teachers.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
