Responsibilities:

Liaising with engineers and wider business departments
Able to correctly plan jobs based on engineers' postcodes and the distances they travel to and from a job
Ensure our engineers have received correct information and products for planned installations
Liaise with customers regarding booking in their installations
Input accurate information into the job management system
Ensure adherence to Company installation procedures on the job management system
Work within Handsfree Group service level agreements
Assist with additional customer service responsibilities as and when required
Ensure work is completed to Handsfree Group UK standards

Job Requirements:

Strong organisational, written, communication and interpersonal skills
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent customer service skills
IT literate
A friendly and professional manner with a calm and focused attitude towards workload
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to prioritise workload and multitask
Ability to work towards targets in a fast paced environment

Salary & Benefits:

Salary £24,500 per annum (with internal progression structure to reach £27,000 per annum)
Hours 08:0016:30/08:3017:00 (Mon
Fri), other shift patterns available after probationary period
Holidays a very generous 30 days (incl. Bank Holidays) to start, increasing annually to 35 days
