We are offering a rare opportunity to become part of the LIND family as a Parts Advisor at Porsche Centre Tonbridge.

Representing one of the world's most prestigious car brands within state-of-the-art facilities across East Anglia and the South of England, the LIND team pride ourselves on providing a customer experience like no other.

This role is at the core of our customer satisfaction and successful operation of the workshop.

Working in a dedicated and lively team, your focus will be on the customer journey, sourcing and providing parts for the workshop to operate efficiently.

Your role will be an integral piece of the Porsche engine and the LIND family.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Achieve maximum personal efficiency
Sourcing parts for the Porsche workshop
Organising the workshop to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity
Speaking to external retail customers
Managing large trade accounts
Streamlining the customer journey
Seeing in Deliveries
Stock Management
Managing showroom displays to audit standards
Passionate about cars and the Porsche brand
An enthusiastic team player
Excellent attention to detail
Great computer skills
Thrives in a busy and energetic environment
Confidence in providing excellent customer service
Kerridge experience
2 years experience (preferred but not essential, we are committed to growing talent)

Benefits include:

Market rate + bonus. OTE £24,805 £28,405, dependant on experience
45hrs per week (Monday Friday 08:00 6:00pm + Saturdays on a rota)
