Our client essentially focuses on business tax advice for Partnerships, so this can include advice on overseas Partnership expansion, carried interest, the basis point changes or more ad hoc tax advice.

Partnership Tax is more than you think. Calculating profit shares and the tax payable is only a small part of this role.

So many different types of Partners exist (individuals, corporates, overseas companies) and so many different types of businesses operateas a partnership (Law firms, architects, Private Equity Funds, recruiters) that there is a huge variety of work to be done.

This would suit a Corporate Tax professional seeking a fresh challenge and a more varied workload, plus you would be part of a growing team and so progression is on the agenda for all team members.
