International Replenishment Analyst

Bardon (Hybrid 1-2 days in the office)

Full Time - Permanent

£22,000 - £25,000

Our client, a Mobility Equipment Supplier, are currently looking for an International Replenishment Analyst to join their busy team.

You will work closely with the Import Manager to ensure the smooth process of all international deliveries into the National Distribution centre.

Working with all key stakeholders to ensure service delivery agreements are met and business objectives are maintained.


Key Accountabilities/Outputs:


  • Monitor and manage stock levels in the National Distribution Centre, always ensuring stock availability whilst minimising and preventing long stocks.
  • Completing weekly forward forecasts reports for suppliers and ensuring an accurate dollar forecast is available.
  • Raise Import purchase orders to consolidate containers and utilise shipping space for best value.
  • Resolve delivery issues raised by the National Distribution Centre for imported goods by liaising with suppliers quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining good relationships with all international suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Update SAP orders with production and shipping information from overseas suppliers.
  • Organise deposit and balance payments for overseas supplier ensuring all invoices are at correct values for goods shipped.
  • Resolve any product queries and customer complaints with Customer Services.
  • Liaise with the QA department with any Return to Suppliers if required.

Skills and Experience:


  • Good understanding of Supply Chain processes and Procedures
  • Competent Mathematical skills
  • Have used an MRP/ERP in previous positions
  • Ability to work in an organised and methodical manner to meet timescales and deadlines is essential
  • Use of SAP/4 HANA is an advantage
  • Assimilates and conveys complex information with ease and in a clearly understandable manner.
