RESPONSIBILITIES
General Day-to-Day

  • To manage all diaries/calendars for and on behalf of the family and the properties
  • To manage correspondence on behalf of the Employer and his family
  • To liaise with house and business staff in relation to the family's diary and travel
plans

  • To take responsibility for undertaking research, making bookings and monitoring
travel arrangements and accommodation for the family

  • To undertake personal projects as may be directed by the Chief of Staff
  • Organising family and household events
  • Liaise with accountants on invoices and tax related matters
Properties

  • Maintaining inventory of all furnishings and equipment in the house, including
ordering replacements when needed

  • The maintenance and upkeep of all UK homes. Engaging and overseeing outside
contractors, service providers and suppliers

  • Implementation and development of systems and processes inside the houses
  • Oversee construction projects and liaise with project managers and designers
  • Ensure vehicle fleet is up to date in terms of legalities and maintenance
  • To manage all household insurance in respect of the properties
  • Liaise with accountants on budgets for projects
