We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our client's expanding production team to produce the new range of high-performance super cars.


Skilled Inspectors are stationed throughout the final stages of the EOL process to ensure that reworks are completed to the correct quality levels and also that finished vehicles are correct and to a standard we would expect of this brand.


Quality Inspector - Customer Acceptance Duties:

  • Determines the severity of defects according to MPA scoring guidelines and ensures that issues are corrected prior to sale forward.
  • Performs inspection of reworked vehicles to ensure quality levels meet customer expectations ("Downscore").
  • Completes vehicle Final Inspection ("FI").
  • Function checks finished vehicles to ensure all systems operate correctly ("Function Confirmation").
  • Buyoff of vehicle specification, including weights and accessories ("Pre-FOK")
  • Pretransit quality buyoff with transport logistics / despatch.
  • Inputs and maintains data into the Quality database.
  • Completes the sale process for the car from MPC into distribution ("FOK")

Quality Inspector - Customer Acceptance Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Significant level of expertise in an OEM or Tier One automotive environment.
  • Expertise of working to processes
  • Strong working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Good understanding of general vehicle quality and paint standards
  • Experience of vehicle repair methods is a distinct advantage
