Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Associate to join our expanding team. Your role will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness for Hands In. This position requires a blend of sales and marketing skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team, supporting various initiatives to achieve our ambitious goals.

The company is growing fast and over the next year we would expect you to move into a more dedicated role either in sales or marketing.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing materials to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the CEO/Sales team to identify potential clients, create sales pitches, and help follow up on leads keeping track and managing the pipeline.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve sales processes and achieve targets.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Help build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Hands In and promote our products/services.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to sales and marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Likely to have a Degree or have gone through an industry apprenticeship scheme
  • Circa 2 years experience in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • The resultsoriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic startup environment.

Compensation:
Competitive salary + EMI option scheme

Work style:
Hybrid, 2-3 days in the London office.

Holiday: 28 days - Fully Paid
