Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments within the company
  • Organise and schedule meetings, appointments and events
  • Manage and maintain files and records
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Assist with the recruitment process and onboarding of new employees
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently or part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Google Office suite
Job role is work from home however will change over the coming months to office based.


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 16 per week


Salary:
£7.49-£10.42 per hour
