TAY Recruitment are currently looking for a experienced Maintenance person for a well established company based in Sidcup The company have numerous contracts around London and are looking for a number of people to join the company on a long term/permanent basis, although there will be an initial period working via the agency


The work will involve general maintenance on various contracts around London and surrounding counties, ranging from shops to retails units to industrial facilities and will consist of small carpentry jobs, painting jobs, plastering, plumbing etc.

you will need your own tools, but in most cases a van or a lift will be provided to the jobs.

The rate of pay is
£15 per hour PAYE or
£17.50 CIS

INDHP

Salary:
£15.00-£17.75 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
