The role of the Single Point of Access (SPA ) Clinician is an exciting opportunity for an experienced mental health practitioner to support the work of the Single Point of Access service.


The Single Point of Access aims to:
Support early intervention and promote prevention. Enable the right support to be provided at the right time. Identifying and provisioning appropriate services at the point of need, including re-ablement and onward referral to specialist services.

Deliver improved access across a range of health and social care services.

Integrating services around the needs of the person minimising duplication and enabling services to work together across the health and social care spectrum.
