Smartlet Estates Ltd is a Property Lettings and Management Company based in London. Our goal is to Help and support individuals experincing homelessness in need of housing.

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, mailing, and filing
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Data entry and maintenance of databases
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role (experince in property is a bonus) of 2+ years.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Strong clerical and administrative skills, including typing and data entry
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

£27,500.00-£33,000.00 per year
