CMA HR Division are recruiting for a growing organisation based near Ringwood, Hampshire to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the HR Director you will have the scope to add a significant influence on the way partners empower the Managers and support the Colleagues, evolve processes and policies and continue to advance the HR partnering led approach to the business.

What will Senior HR Business Partner role involve?

A true HR Generalist role, delivering and embed all aspects HR including;
Policy and Process improvement.
Ensuring that the company offers a competitive reward and benefit offering.
Supporting on complex Employee Relations matters.
Ensuring that HR Data and Analytics are at the forefront of shaping people programmes.
Using information to shape the Learning and Development agenda.
Identifying and retaining talented Colleagues.
Working closely with the Senior Leadership team and deputise the HR Director in their absence.
Recognised HR qualification, ideally having a minimum of CIPD level 5 or equivalent
Excellent people leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing a team to improve performance through coaching and mentoring.
Solid employment legislation knowledge and experience of using this to deal with complex employee relations matters
Specific experience of leading on projects to introduce and embed improved ways of working relating to operational processes and procedures.
Pragmatic, handson in style and be passionate about HR and what it can offer a commercial business.
