Temporary Recruitment Administrator

Monday to Friday

8am - 5pm

£12 per hour

NG- Colwick

As soon as possible start

Duties will include:


  • Formatting CV's
  • Compliance check's on a daily basis
  • Certification Checks for relevant jobs
  • Writing job adverts
  • Set up Ltd companies/Invoice checks
  • Chasing timesheets to ensure payment gets made
  • Monitor the temps out planner
  • Job trackers up to date
  • Mail campaigns

Person Specification:


  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Be able to work on own initiative and part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite essential
  • Previous admin experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

£12.00 per hour

  • Bachelor's (preferred)
