Corporate Receptionist

Overview:


Our client is a highly respected financial management company who is looking for a razor-sharp corporate receptionist for a two-week temporary role in their Edinburgh office.


Hours and pay range:

- £12.50 per hour, two-week role starting 31st May

  • Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week across the 7:3017:30 opening hours
  • City centre

Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsible for front of house: answering incoming calls, visitors, booking meeting rooms, catering, travel, post, setting up audio visual equipment

Assisting the Office Manager with facilities management: ordering stock, stationery, kitchen requirements, barista, and assist in organising events


Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Receptionist experience, ideally in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running and take initiative for a temporary role
  • Approachable, friendly personality
