We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join the Global Operations team in the role of a Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will:
- Value paper payment processing.
- Customer correspondence sent using post where paper is requested or required.
- Work collaboratively with other business areas.
- Work within a team dynamic to ensure accuracy of work.
- Follow and adhere to HSBC policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Able to take in and understand complex information
- A positive and proactive approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills
- An ability to work within collaboratively within a team dynamic.
