The work:

Develop and execute a compelling talent acquisition strategy for each role that drives competitiveness in the marketplace & creates a platform to be the 'destination of choice' for diverse leadership talent. This includes, defining an attraction & assessment strategy, coaching stakeholders and the success journey.
Talent Advisor to Senior Managing Directors, Managing Directors & HR Partners on the delivery of specific hiring needs. You will enable the business strategy through talent acquisition and will be able to understand and articulate our business strategy and offerings in a compelling way.
Underpin your advisory strategy with role specific competitor intel, data driven insights and drive excellence through continuous improvement and KPI performance.
Manage recruiting for senior Leadership Hires, delivered using a combination of direct sourcing, employee referrals and external agency.
Directly own delivery of complex and business critical hires including negotiating with both internal and external stakeholders for executive compensation running to $1M

This is what you'll bring:

Indepth knowledge and demonstrable experience of creating recruitment sourcing strategies and leading on endtoend Leadership recruiting delivery in highly matrixed environments.
Strong business acumen and an ability to translate business and talent strategies into operational recruitment delivery through a mastery of talent, data & analytical insights and competitor intelligence.
Proven track record of direct sourcing to identify and evaluate leadership talent, using a combination of direct search, networking, referrals and research support.
Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to build trust, influence and advise Senior Leaders both internally and externally.
A proactive and adaptive approach, intellectual curiosity and an ability to collaborate across HR organizations.
Comfort with navigating ambiguity and defining direction and solutions in a fast paced constantly evolving environment.
