ScoMac Catering Equipment Ltd is one of the largest independent commercial catering manufacturers/suppliers within the U.K, an excellent and varied opportunity has arisen to recruit for a
Service Administrator to complement our existing team.
Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the Service Administration Manager the primary purpose of this role is to provide an all-round administration support service.
- Update Customer Portals.
- Raise and monitor warranty calls.
- Raise Purchase Orders for subcontractors and monitor progress of job to completion.
- Collate and file electronically PPM sheets.
- Record / enter service calls within computer system.
- Resolve customer enquiries by gathering the relevant information and responding accordingly.
- Ensure all records are filed in a systematic format.
- Provide support to our invoicing / Contract Administration Departments as and when required.
- Improve quality of service by recommending improved processes.
- Undertake any other tasks / duties as may be reasonably required whilst supporting other members of the Service Department.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Possess previous experience in a similar role.
- Possess excellent reporting, data entry, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Be competent in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and outlook. Experience of using 2serv / Exchequer operating systems would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Possess the ability to problem solve.
